Our manual uncapping plane is made of stainless steel and is used to help with uncapping frames when harvesting honey. The smart design allows you to draw the plan over the honey, removing the cappings as it is pulled. This has become a very popular tool for harvesting honey, along with the normal uncapping fork and knife.
This plane measures 3 inches wide and is designed for medium frames.
